That's huge Crows,

I've been scanning the Moroccan news sites daily looking for any hint of movement, clearly the Government takes 'closed door meetings' very seriously as it is hardly reported.

I'd given up hope of the signing happening before 31 Oct however had decided to exercise anyway, that is of course unless the SP dips below 16 cents which all of a sudden was looking possible.

Still doubtful the signing will happen before November as it will not be a priority for the new Ministers, all the same great news that the pain should shortly be over.
