It would be correct to assume your previous comments however the existing board of directors should actually get off their backsides and stop pretending to be someone important. They are (by non-action) letting this company burn and burn and fade away.

For the benefit of your existing shareholders dont let your ego's burn what little equity they have left in this company.

Lets hope fresh ideas and blood can resurect the business and get some shareholder value back on track.
