Aren't carbon credits calculated by comparison to other uses? If so, the electricity saved by use of efficient bulbs is in comparison to incandescent bulbs.
Problem with that is, that sale of incandescent bulbs is to be stopped soon - 2009??
So from then there should be no, or much reduced, carbon credits, imo.
Please tell me I am wrong!
