At this stage accurate cash flow forecasts are difficult, however a rough calculation of a 5.5 year mine life shows a pre-tax AVPS of 34.6p with an 8% discount and a capital cost of $44m AUS. However the payback period pushes out to 1.5 years and the NAV reduces to £15.6m..............................................hmmmmmm interesting
