I THINK this situation regarding the joint venture talk and the B.O.O.T. Business comes down to a System of Leasing some Equipment etc. and in this Case the Directors of WDR seem to be involved with some situations which could fit into the 'Jigsaw' here however it seems trickey because any Leasing Costs would still have their impact on the Bottom Line.
(Some taxation Benefits may be obtained from Leasing).
