It's a conservative estimate on the amount of oil recoverable. There is obviously a s hit load of oil down there. Getting it out is another challenge.
If the estimate is a billion barrels recoverable and that happens to to be confirmed, then there will be a lot of holders laughing all the way to the bank.
"This is a step change in expectations for the potential of the acreage ""from over a billion barrels of oil in-place to over a billion barrels of oil recoverable"".
