I've been stalking PCL for about a year and feel it has now moved into the BUY quadrant.
In answer to your Q, of the 74.5m identifiable share trades in Jan, Euroz was the largest net seller (14.6m @avg 5.1c) followed closely by Hartleys (net sell of 12.2m @ 5.1 avg)
The mum's and dads at comsec and Etrade were net buyers of about 17m (avg 5.2). Otherwise, Deutsche were the only net buyer of any note (but only 2.1m).
And you are spot on....last week Hartleys sold 5.876m shares at an average 4.5c and didn't buy one single share!
I guess Hartleys clients don't agree with their analyst!
