refurb work is estimated at 6 months and 8 mil. So go 8 months and 10mil. That still get us into production before any one else I think (from memory). This is just a stop gap until we build our own bigger and better plant. I don't see what's not to like about this scenario.
Yes our profit goes down short term for extra transport refit work etc.
but it gets us to the end game quicker.
