Yes , and uno I believe our shares are currently trading at a False Market status coz of management non continues disclosure obligations to keep "all" share holders fully informed, especially with material stuff. Like the atzam oil field is our principal and only revenue income asset and some of us now know via the Guatemala Gov the oil production in the field has almost doubled and many many other share holder would not have a clue so it's a massive and unfair disadvantage for our fellow share holders that could have sold or are pondering selling imo. For management to say they did not know or were waiting on confirmation to confirm the new significantly new higher oil production numbers coz LAR won't tell them or whatever will not cut it.. It is not right imo. Also part of the company's secretary duty is to oversee the CEO and directors to check/make sure they are doing the right thing keeping all share holders fully informed and up to date.​
