Fitting out the factory and setting up shop, if that's what they are doing, is going to be expensive too.

Maybe they are going to fill it with display homes and display walls. Who knows.

The milestone after the ten houses is $10m in sales which I presume will be around 80-100 houses. If they can build ten by November then 100 in a year will be easy - 1 a week for each HX they currently have.

I think they are setting up a production line to expand their number of HX. But they are going to require a lot more capital than they have. They are clearly expecting the HX to be in full working order in the next year.

The inability to route blocks and the lack of precision in laying combined with all the problems brought up by Troopy and co still remain unresolved. As does any real time advantage and cost advantage for the build and trades after.

Still a long way to go for FBR to prove itself.
