If anyone feels up for it you might be able to get some information on the new site from the local council.
There would have to be a planning application for the new building and site plans need to be stamped and approved. This might explain the tanks that can be seen. This info could be on a local council website.
Also FBR may have needed separate council planning approval for their signage or they may have had to detail their plans for the site in terms of usage and access.
