I'm new to investing so hopefully if I get this wrong someone...

I'm new to investing so hopefully if I get this wrong someone will correct me. My understanding is that when AWD changes to VON (or whatever) there will be a 3 to 1 share consolidation - that is, for every 3 AWD shares you hold you get 1 VON share. I also read that the listing price for VON will be around 10 cents. This might depend on the value of the AWD shares immediately before listing, though I am not sure if it is a matter of simply multiplying an AWD share by 3 to get the price of the VON share.

Oh yes, and we will get a new ticker code, but I don't think it will be SEX somehow
