    Hi nosurprises,

    Based on Pluton's monthly cash burn vs liquid assets i would suggest not.

    Worst case scenario, i would think a failed MOU with the JTC could lead to a raising while they negotiated with other parties but even then i don't think negotiations would take so long as to need a further cash injection.
