being a total cynic in these matters, this is just another grey area for those pulling the strings to make money. As a humble PI there isn't much that one can do. We rely on the regulators who don't seem to do much either. The underlying attitude in big business appears to be "we dont give a toss about morals or ethics - the only question is will we be done for it criminally?" The way things are at the moment the answer is in all probability, No. You will notice in all things dubious in his area the naughty boys only put part of the snout in the trough. All part of the wonderful world of trying to make a living as a PI.
