what a slow steady but solid rise this little telco has had.I have been watching it since soon after it floated in late 04. It never really set the world on fire but on close analysis its a fairly good story for a company from this troubled sector. the main positive is fact that they dont invest in infrastructure. They are just good marketers.
The wholesale deals for Optus have yet to really start flowing in my opinion and when they do we could see a real increase in profits.And now that they have hit a market cap of over $50m they will appear on the radars of a few more institutions which should hopefully increase interest.
From what I have been able to disclose, the directors/owners have not been selling any of their stake as the SP as increased - another positive IMO.
anyway, just my ramblings for what its worth.
