The impression I got from that interview was the depth of focus...

The impression I got from that interview was the depth of focus that David has ...you can see it in the strong eye contact that he sustains during the interview...it's a terrier like fixation on the subject at hand...I sense if he has a target and he believes in it, then he just wont let go of the thing till he attains it.

I also noted that he has a sense of humor and family, and that's what we need in a well rounded MD.

I also got the sense that he is a natural leader and people will follow him knowing that the game is going to be a lot of fun...dark horse ...watch closely.

Anyway that's just my opinion...I'd be interested to hear others.
