Firstly the SP at the point of the TH is recognised as Value to Date, ie the Positive Phase II results have not been factored into the current SP. You want the SP to be as high as possible so that you can spring board up from there. Looking at successful Biotechs promoting positive Phase II results you can see circa 50% increase in SP. So for me waiting for the results my reward comes only from the catalyst of positive results, eg SP 25c becomes 37.5c and 35c becomes 52.5c. From here the real buying begins, the side liners commit, Instos buy up large, competitors who want a position start ringing your top 10 shareholders
On the dark side of the ledger, if the trials aren't as positive as expected then a 50% fall in the opposite direction halving the investment made by Shareholders, again best to be as high as possible.
The only people not valuing the technology and 12 years of work are the current SH that are selling, sure sell ,,,but at 30c min.
If you look at LCT top 20 who have accumulated the bulk of the company, ask yourself why the wealthiest investors haven't sold a share? Before someone answers , because they can afford to loose money, think again the High Net worth's that i know strive for success and didn't get where they are by sacrificing money...
Plus we know LCT aren't hype merchants, but a little bit of market awareness even if its domestic to tell Australia and NZ that they are in Phase II trials?? what with our change of Govt you could do with a little Public Awareness on your side...
