its not legitimate to have a placement at 14 % discount to the last traded sp

all they are doing is giving their buddies a free lunch and holiday and new car

directors needa slap

as a result of this bs placement after ramping their sp up and sucking in a whole lot of hopeful investors i have sold my shares and wont be back

i dont expect the sp to do anything in the near future

i might add that as soon as i sold i bought MLS and made 50% (50 k) in about 2 minutes....just proves that there are better performing stocks that dont just use up their share holders...
