Look at the chart, the special dividend coming from the NHC sale to BHP cash which is due this reporting period will increase interest in this stock pushing the price higher. Just look at the holdings SOL holds in companies and do the maths with its current market cap so low compared to its NTA of holdings.
Looks like $12 should form a new base in the coming days but i expect share price of about $13.50 cum special divy
