1PG average client base = >50,000 employees
XRO =<200 employees
Big market for both but do the math, who has more to spend, more to save, bigger potential margins...
The 1PG concept is basic, disruptive and probably has lower overheads than Xero.
They are in a niche market at the moment, but once they dominate it, theres potential to expand into ATS, Recruitment, Core HR or get taken over by one of the big players SAP/SuccessFactors, Workday or Oracle... However I think there's more money to be gained from integrating with the big players for now...but the ADP partnership will bring the attention of SAP/SF and if they are wise they will poach early.
SF cost SAP 2 billionish...
How much will they pay for 1PG?
