Thanks so much for your candid horror story. It made me feel so much better to know I am not alone. I have done similar on other stocks and am still learning my way at this trading stuff.

I had 700k of CDS which I had held through several spikes. I thought I'd be clever and sell on the first day of the ann and watch it retrace for a re-entry at the settlement level.

So I sold at 0.20 and now I am hoping that it does retrace so I can get back in at or near my exit. You are so right about patience, if I had just sat on my hands and remebered that I am not as smart as I think I am...

We all trade our beliefs. I believed that CDS always spikes and retraces half the trough to peek.

Well, we will see...
