This thread is why I have spent nearly 12 months monitoring the fall (so far),, and,
I do intend to build (new) at some point.
Even though the article tells me what I already know, its V V interesting, also
everskim, I think we are at the point of caught up on historic orders,stockpiling renos/resale & in some cases new, in my market which is SA... There are many Tradies without any order book at all, some have gone off courier driving, etc , etc to pay debt/& just live & survive
Your question on the right time is the $$$mill$$$ question of course, and I think (once again in my market)not quite yet........
