lord el, apparently in europe they do rent all their lives, and elsewhere they carry the one loan from one home to the next (us I think) ie not have to take out a new loan everytime they change...........and in europe again the home owners can pass on the home with the loan, so beneficiaries take it on...........that all seems much easier than our system in au
oh and apparently don't mind renting
uk house prices rose 60% compared to US and Aus of 50%
news just out building approvals dived more than 5 times forecasts......suggesting rate cut by sep 08
I think its a fiasco,,,the US dropping rates and aus raising rates...........do the US want all our grieving home buyers to go over there ??? probably a good idea if they want a house soo much
