there is a lot of things dont add up about the property market eg. adelaide half a percent p.a. population growth for past 30 years, houses up around 10% pa every year, inflation 2%, land up 20%+,new block sizes halving in 30 years. i assume sa is running out of land they only have a bit over 250 million acres.
