Thanks for your post boiler, ( love your posts as usual )
personally I'm sure many find discussions re trading strategies and differing opinions rather tedious... but then again HC is about healthy debate..
The fundamental difference between yourself and many others , as you clearly state is that you are not a long term holder
Long term holders are prepared to hold and ride the ups and downs ... because long term they will be out in front... and as holders of PRR iare finding out ... it is proving to be .. a long way in front.
The strategy of a trader is to follow the charts and play the runs up and down, exit on the highs and buy in on the dips / lows... and as a calculated guesswork with some degree of knowledge can be quite fruitful.. needless to say
.. but it can also be quite ' adventurous' to some degree... and as you say you are a seasoned stock marketeer, you can probably attest to that... I'm sure that you've had your fair share of misses also.
... with relation to what can ' loosely' be described as a related thread to Prima Biomed, your post on Abagovomab ... whilst most interesting and offering an insight into PRR's ' competitors ... it can be appear in the manner of it's presentation as a' random post'
... and as it has been perceived having a motive of dampening sentiment
.. and we are not so naive to suggest that random postings on HC can affect share price ... but on a day of relatively small volumes of trade in a small time stock like PRR ... there can be a belief that there can be some degree of ' force ' applied through ' implied negative sentiment '
..but as all HC readers know they have to wade through the information presented... and as you say it mostly based on people's opinions and their sentiments
... and whilst we mostly agree withe each other .... we agree we have differing strategies to achieve our objectives...we enjoy your posts and your contributions
... and there no hard feelings intended
... looking forward to sharing a beer at the $ 1 party !
