Yeah mate, as mentioned previously the NASDAQ has approved PBMD (Prima BioMed) to list.
However we final signing off on it by the SEC.
They have come back a few times with questions.
Very minor but none the less require use of lawyers and making sure it is answered properly.
To my knowledge this has happened 3 times now.
Usually the turn around is 10 business days on getting a reply upon submitting a request or reply.
However as Prima is not looking to list for the sole purpose of raising capital it is getting pushed to the back of the queue and instead of taking 2 weeks for replies form SEC it is taking 2-4 weeks.
This is the reason behind the delays. Hopefully this is the last reply Prima has to send upon getting approval to list.
