You appear to be privy to information that my search engine cant seem to find and being one to dilligently do my due's, must take your comments with some skeptisism.
You say the SEC is delaying it's responses to Prima because Prima wants to list on the merits of the NASDAQ alone? Sounds like the SEC playing a bit dirty to me. But in the spirit of fair play, dirty play is what held up DNDN the first time round as I believe.
