You should be skeptical pennyman...always do your own research.
If you think we're frustrated as shareholders, spare a thought for MR and the team trying to get this company up and flying...I bet they're not too happy either.
It's a patience thing...ideally we'd want this company to go to market with no hurdles, but this is the real world. This is just a minor hurdle in the big picture and will one day be a distant memory to something greater if all goes to plan.
PS. The info on NASDAQ is rock solid.
