I bought into NHC with a small parcel at $1.25 this time last year when coal was in the doldrums thinking it could only go up from where it was. My plan was to hold for a year and then sell out once I became eligible for the CGT discount and NHC was hopefully much higher. The timing of the plan has turned out really well and I'm wondering whether to cash in now or wait and see whether there's a decent dividend coming in September and another leg up in the SP over $2.50. It's a tricky one to call because the last time the thermal coal price was this high NHC went above $4 but the ESG groups were no where near as militant back then and I feel so many institutions know it's a great buy but don't want the heat from them which will keep the valuation ultra low. What do you guys reckon?
