I don't know about before Xmas but yeah, i think it's going to $4 in the next 12 months. The income this is generating is insane now and the price is so cheap it's still ridiculous. I knew the SP had to catch up to reality and some point and it seems that time has come! It's in better shape than WHC too IMO (which is also ultra-cheap but just not as quality). Just sit back and enjoy the dividends in the meantime. Can't lose with this stock IMHO. DYOR.
