According to Morningstar the New Acland approval is worth $1.00 per share to value, with the recent news from Sussan Ley Environmental Minister see various articles confirming details of recent approval. I have a lot more confidence there could well be positive news for NHC shortly. With the NEWC price going from strength to strength , recent very strong results and now with potential approval for New Acland ( still uncertain ) I added to my holding on Friday as I also felt the price has not kept pace with the likes of WHC . Time will tell but as NHC is a very well run business with great cash flow we could be about to break out of current price. We cannot forget about the recent funding which I assumed was to purchase say BHP assets , however maybe NHC have other plans for these funds to develop existing yet to be approved assets? All conjecture but regardless the company fundamentals are compelling.
