My guess :
1) WSP provided some scrip to some/few of the CVN holders.
2) They shorted their exposure as they will receive scrip on conversion in 2026 (ie They are interested in the interest income only)
3) Some instos bought the shares which were shorted.
It should all unwind when the CVN's convert.
Maybe also, some of the ESG'ers believe the world (or the UN) will stop coal tomorrow, and NHC goes zip.
