In all seriousness though, this "phase out coal by 2030" and all the hysteria around it really isn't helping the cause for those that want to do just that. I wouldn't consider myself a climate denier, but I wouldn't call myself an irrational greenie either. Fossil Fuels will be phased out in the long term, sure, but let's not cut our nose off to spite our face in the process.
Australia provides the world with some of the cleanest coal. You'd have to be missing something up top to think that if Australia stops coal mining, the problem won't get worse.
