Morgan Stanley has a contribution on the 'Livewire' blog this morning suggesting its preferred exposures to various commodities such as iron ore, copper and aluminium.
Coal doesn't rate a mention.Is MS too scared to publicly advocate purchasing coal shares?
I hardly follow iron ore but from what I've read, at present the outlook may be, as MS asserts, somewhat bearish.
So arguably by omitting coal it's cutting off its nose to spite its face.
