I noticed this as well, possibly not considered material for nhc, at least the upfront portion. $10m upfront cash payment, $10m in bcb scrip, plus up to $77.5m in deferred payments over the next 3 years (contingent on milestones and sales above certain prices). I can live with that, haven't factored in any value from lenton in my valuations so this is cream of up to almost $100m from my perspective. Not sure what the balance sheet impact will be for nhc, but not too concerned with it. Possibly selling to raise more funds for an acquisition. I trimmed around 6% of my holding at $2 as this potential acquisition creates some uncertainty around the valuation for me, might be good, might not be, will have to wait and see.
