The $1B rehab bill is only the cost estimate of mining to date.
Future mining will only increase the total rehab cost.
Cost is around $70,000+ marginal cost per hectare as a very rough figure.
You mine more, you rehab more than $1B.

And a fair bet to say that any extension beyond 2026 will mandate a Rehab Plan that starts then and requires big $ be spent each year as mining strips are depleted.
