new hope shaking the tree with dart energy

Gee whiz - very much worth having a read of this ASX announcement.

NHC holds 16.4% of DTE.
NHC has called on DTE to put resolutions to the next GM of DTE s/h.

Those resolutions call for the replacement of all or most of Dart Board, and replacement with Rob Neale and NHC nominees.

NHC letter to s/h gives reasoning such as crappy SP history and returns, failure to deliver on stated strategies etc.

interesting.

I guess its relationship with WCL is different, because NHC seem to be in step with Energy Infrastructure Trust, and together they hold about 35% of WCL shares.

So as such, they can call the shots pretty much.
