There are no riddles if the glove fits wear it.
Look at companies , proposed gas lines , who is who , how they work.
Am not sure there is a takeover a foot, think they call it value adding,????? being there when you have a stake of money involved, as we all would like to be Major or Minnow.
Either way hope it works out for all holders BIG and SMALL.
