    This motion should be rejected outright.
    IF they want to control the company then pay a premium and take it over.


    Bizzell and Davies have a record fo 2/3 with Arrow and Bow outstanding success stories.

    Dart's day is coming.

    Stump up and buy the whole company!

    I think this will be rejected and NHC will need to reconsider how much it is willing to pay for DTE.
