I can only guess that NHC was upset with the managements, maybe because they did not get the underwritten offer of the recent right issues which they clearly should have got rather than gave it away cheaply with a fees as well, to other institutions and it may even be those shorties whom have ruined the company for the past couple of years. Unfortunately there has never been any fair game in the market for the little people. I am totally in support of NHC to change the present managements.
