Looking at the notice from NHC, it looks like they have given DTE two options - either call a special meeting within 2 months of the letter date, i.e. by 25th November, or to include the motions in the notice of Annual General Meeting, which has to be held prior to 30th Nov.

I would presume that current DTE board would go for efficiency and do it in the AGM rather than call an extra meeting. And it gives them 5 extra days in the job if they get the flick.

I'm guessing DTE will put out an ann either shortly or along with the AGM notice telling us all why we should let them keep their jobs!

FWIW I think I'm leaning towards not supporting the motions.
