Personally don't see NHC lobbing a bid anytime soon, more a case of a low cost, low risk option to extract value from the existing 'legacy' position, imo. Disclosure speaking as a satisfied NHC shareholder of many years! These guys do have a proven track record of creating value (although DTE in itself has not been a particular highlight) lol. Will be watching with (indirect) interest to see how it unfolds! GLA
