They want to remove the chairman and 3 of the other 4 directors. That sure sounds like taking control of the company.

I can see some sense in what Pilatus says about the board having watched and done nothing constructive while Dart completely collapsed. But that is history and anyone can see that Dart is back on track and looking toward a very positive future from here.

As a major shareholder, New Hope did nothing to pull up the board when things were going downhill. If one was conspiracy minded there are a few conclusions you could jump to.

If New Hope want the company they should have to pay much, much more than the current share price.
