resolution has been passed but no record date set.
the company probably felt that if they had to consolidate the oppies would be way out of the money.
if no consolidation needed this could be a cheap way in.
however we have no idea what, if any, deal is pending.
the best way to value oppies is to divide shares by 6 and hope there is no need to consolidate.
