    Is this not a conflict of interest that Computershare are in charge of managing the voting yet have staff or contractors representing themselves as computershare to lobby shareholders to vote in a certain way?

    Can we trust the eventual voting outcomes if the company managing the voting is also being paid to gain a specified outcome?
