I asked this question on the QandA and the response was that there was a list that comprised of people who are from a 2-10B mining companies. There is a plan there, we just need to trust the process.
Granted trust needs to be earned but GW's resume signals he can get stuff done at this level and the Brown's support gives weight there also. There is zero trust with the current board.
