HH have portfolio limits on any one stock, I believe it is 15%. Thus with the tremendous rise of SRX over the years they are forced to almost continually sell so as to keep their SRX holding within 15% of the total value of each fund.
Nothing sinister, when you see Peter Hall talking of this aspect of their SRX holding he's almost in tears because he has to do it.
