Here is a proposal that I reckon makes everyone happy.
Why not sell say 80% of all the mines to the Chinese with gauranteed fair access to the rail and port. Then with 57c returned to the shareholders we could easily capital raise enough for a much smaller tenement that would continue to produce an income stream and probably see us with another 57c in our pockets in 3 years time when we were producing albeit a much smaller amt.
