Hello to all well I have been mulling this over today and I believe its in our best interests that MMX settle with chm regardless who is to fault it really no longer matters the reason I say this is I feel that it is getting closer to the FIRB and if it was a positive announcement re Sino then we would be in a better bargaining position.

I not bothered if Sino dont take us over as we have a strong enough company with a great future and the only thing that is holding us back is Sino and the chm so lets get rid of one of them and take it from there.

Wont be too long now before there will be more than one player after us I am 100% confident on that one.

So cheer up everyone its going to turn out just great for us all.

I realise chm has no claim but they have been another pain we dont need give them $10.00 and be done with it.
