MMX will settle the CHM case in September. I have no doubt it.And I don't think CHM want to carry this over for long.(The way the world economy is going ,they better settle it sooner than later). IF MMX wants Sino to take them, they also rather settle this quickly.(Sino won't touch MMX until they sort out this case). If MMX mngmt want to do any good for it's shareholders & SP,atleast they better pay it from their own pocket.(Atleast they can claim this from tax when they get their big chunk from Sino) Wht do u think guys?
